With the efforts of the Deputy Minister of Education, Dr. Saeed Changizi Ashtiani, and with the support of the President of Arak University of Medical Sciences, the Arak Health Higher Education Complex located in Mahallat was inaugurated.

With the launch of this complex, a big step was taken in establishing educational justice and expanding higher education to the affiliated cities of Arak University of Medical Sciences.

At present, this complex has two majors: bachelor of family health and bachelor of disease control, and twenty students are studying in this complex in the current academic year.
