The World Health Organization delivered 100 ultrasounds devices to Iran.
According to FANA: The representative of the World Health Organization (WHO) in Iran announced: WHO delivered 100 ultrasound devices to the Ministry of Health of Iran in order to boost Iran's response to the COVID-19 epidemic.
"These devices are important in assessing the condition of patients with COVID-19," added Christoph Hamelman. They will be sent to hospitals across the country for using in intensive care units and treatment wards for COVID-19 patients. The devices, valued at about $ 3 million, were purchased with funding from Japan and Kuwait.
