Iranian medicine is a wisdom-based school based on human experience and knowledge and looks at health from a different angle. The existence of thousands of valuable medical books is a proof of this and a sign of the richness of this medical school. The book Mafarah al-Qolub, written by Hakim Mohammad Arzani, is a detailed and valuable commentary on the book of Chaghmini's Law. Qonuncheh has been one of the important reference books for the basic topics of Iranian traditional medicine since the 8th century AD, and the comparison of different versions, corrections and printing of Mafarah al-Qulob is a very valuable work that was well done by the dear professor Mr. Ismail Nazim and Mr. Mohsen Baghbani. However, the technical prose and special writing literature of this book, which is also one of the educational resources of the field of Iranian medicine, has made it a little difficult for the readers, including the students of this field, to read it fluently; Therefore, we decided to summarize and categorize this book in order to speed up reading and understanding of its contents.
