In order to establish referral system service in educational centers and hospitals affiliated to Arak University of Medical Sciences, after installation of the centralized Queue Management system in the subsidiary units in the first phase of deployment of the referral service system, a workshop was held on how to manage queue system with presence of IT experts and authorities of clinics, based on selected subsidiaries in the first phase. It is hoped that related units based at the university's affiliates can with cooperation of relevant authorities in the areas involved with the subject, provide a satisfactory result in this regard.
