In line with responsibilities assigned to this management in the field of Electronic Health Record since beginning of last year, with cooperation and assistance of chancellor of university and Health and Treatment deputies, effective measures have been taken on the establishment of an Electronic Health Record. The main activities are as follows:
1- Holding at least 20 sessions of coordination with Health, Treatment and Development deputies in the presence of chancellor of the university in face-to-face and video conferencing
2- Buy more than 60 computer systems for physicians in clinics and deployment of systems
3- Equip clinics in the node network
4- Holding an electronic referral test between level 1 and level 2
        5- Training to physicians by technology center experts
6- Establishment of Queue system in Health centers in cooperation with infrastructure of this management and technology experts of centers
7- Deploying Web-based (PACS)
8- Follow up sending information of private centers provider Health services to Sepas system
9- Follow up fixing error sending information of Health centers to Sepas system
10- Holding sessions and explain the policies of Ministry of Health with private sector
11- Follow up implementation of second phase of Queue system in provincial subsidiary centers
12- Connect non-connected devices to PACS system in centers with non-connected system
