All health service providers, private, charity, armed forces, etc. are required to exchange information for all citizen referrals information on the integrated health information exchange (Datas) platform.
Taking into account Article 74 (A) of the Sixth Five-Year Development Plan Law on the Establishment of the Iranian Electronic Health Record System as well as following the "Implementing Guidelines on the Registration and Interaction of Electronic Health Service Providers of Iran's National Health Service Providers" No. 10110/400 dated 06/05/1397  All health service providers, private, charity, armed forces, etc., are required to exchange all citizen referrals information on the integrated health information exchange (DATAS) platform.
Accordingly, and by correspondence No. 2787/102, dated 30/11/98 regarding the connection of all centers to the said port, as well as the current conditions of the country and the occurrence of COVID-19 disease and the necessity of monitoring and managing this crisis, it is appropriate to order. Urgently comply with all the requirements set out in the accompanying instructions, and implement the necessary steps to the hospital information system connection to the Datas and to exchange information.
