Emergency medicine specialist and faculty member of Arak University of Medical Sciences said: Emergency medicine is the first line of treatment for all patients. 

According to Webda Markazi, Dr. Alireza Sistani said: " (Emergency medicine)The course that is not seen, but really deals with all kinds of patients and the front line is to deal with all patients." He added: In Vali-e-Asr Educational and Medical Center in Arak, which is one of the main centers of trauma, and because Arak city is located on the country's transportation highway, many random patients are transferred to this center whose initial actions is done by emergency medicine specialists.
