Job Responsibilities

Regulating treatment programs for provincial centers and supervising the proper implementation of programs, planning and presenting a plan for qualitative and quantitative
improvement of medical affairs at the provincial level, including government, private, etc. Following up on diagnostic and therapeutic issues and problems in the province and examining and presenting appropriate solutions to resolve them Providing and distributing specialized medical and paramedical personnel and coordinating with the Honorable Vice President for University Development on the method of providing and distributing human resources and financial resources in affiliated medical centers
Issuing and renewing licenses for medical institutions Supervising the provision and distribution of medical equipment in the province, providing medical equipment and supervising how to use them, and coordinating all matters related to medical equipment
Continuous supervision and evaluation of all medical centers in the province at various intervals through the affiliated department and continuous supervision and control over the provision of diagnostic and therapeutic services in hospital centers, clinics, and private centers at the provincial level, including super-specialized services, specialized hospital emergencies, nursing, midwifery, Laboratories, radiology and other centers
Providing doctors for medical commissions and making correct decisions in the Medical Council
Explaining and justifying issues related to medical tariffs and handling violations and complaints in this field and coordinating tariffs with other insurance agencies
Providing access to all special patients to the required pharmaceutical medical services and trying to inform and educate patients. Following up, monitoring and providing services related to special patients' affairs in the province, including dialysis, cancer, diabetic, hemophilia, thalassemia and transplant patients
Providing emergency medical services as soon as possible with minimal complications
Protecting the health and well-being of the community by dealing with violators according to internal laws and regulations and the legal authorities of the relevant ministry and the criminal laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran
Coordination of nursing and midwifery affairs
Coordination with the educational, health, food and medicine and student departments
Planning to increase the efficiency of affiliated educational and medical institutions during office and non-office hours and proposing and implementing special plans to accelerate the treatment of hospitalized and outpatient patients
Development planning in the implementation of super-specialty plans
