According to WebDa Markazi report, Arak University of Medical Sciences chancellor about the system said that connection of the clients to University of Medical Sciences around the country without physical presence and receipt of services is a feature of this system.
Dr. Jamaliyan added that this system at Arak University of Medical Sciences website is design to address www.arakmu.ac.ir, entitled Service Desk, and in the Service Desk are intelligent secretariat, public meeting, polling and reception and registration and accountability.
 There are two physical and electronic methods for serving clients, the launch of Electronic Service Desk brings many benefits, including stopping traffic, saving time, facilitating customer service, and easy access to Healthcare providers.
