Health deputy of Arak University of Medical Sciences said that non-communicable diseases are the most important threat to the health of the people of the province, which will be controllable according to prevention and care plans

According to WebDa Markazi report, Dr. Javad Nazari added that cardiovascular diseases, cancers, diabetes, blood pressure and driving accidents have the highest mortality rates in the Markazi province.

''Iran and Markazi province had the highest mortality rates from non-communicable diseases but most of these diseases were controlled by the implementation of codified programs and the development of social awareness" he stated.  

Head of Health center of Markazi province continued "If non-communicable diseases are detected on time, they can be controlled, but neglecting self-care and self-control can create unpredictable problems in people's health.

Health deputy of Arak University of Medical Sciences stated that bread salt control is one of the major programs in the University of Medical Sciences of the province to increase the health of citizens, which is being pursued vigorously, and all efforts are being made to reach the salt used in breads below 1%.

He chose this year's global health slogan,' Health for everyone and everywhere', saying" The main goal of this slogan is to create health equity for all citizens".
