- Schedule for International Students (Mehr 1404 / September 2025 Admission) Regarding Document Review, Submission, and Completion of Deficiencies - First Groups

This is to inform all international students admitted in Mehr 1404 (September 2025) that, in order to expedite and facilitate the process of document review, submission, and completion of deficiencies, student attendance will be organized by field of study according to the attached schedule.Each student is kindly requested to attend only on the specific day and date designated for their field of study. On each scheduled day, a relevant specialist will be present to review and receive documents and assist with the completion of any document deficiencies for students in that particular field.The review, receipt of documents, and completion of any document deficiencies will be carried out in person and manually. Students who have previously submitted their documents manually are required to bring all receipts issued for the submitted documents.Students are kindly requested to refrain from attending on days/dates not assigned to their field of study, in order to ensure the process proceeds in an organized and accurate manner.

It is emphasized once again that Students whose fields of study or academic levels are not explicitly mentioned in the table must strictly refrain from visiting on these dates. Furthermore, visits on any day other than the one officially assigned are strictly prohibited. The physical presence of the student is mandatory, along with all required documentation (Admission Letter, submission receipts, and original documents as per the official checklist). Please note that the physical submission of documents is mandatory, even if they have been previously submitted electronically. Further announcements regarding other fields and academic levels will be issued in due course.
