Faculty Introduction

Since the first semester of the 77-78 academic year, it was formed by separating the fields of laboratory sciences and disease control health from the Faculty of Medicine and the fields of family health and anesthesia from the Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery. It began its activities independently under the leadership of Ms. Bayati. Since 2004, the field of occupational health has been added to the fields of this faculty. According to the decision of the Development Council on 12/15/86, it was agreed to upgrade the Paramedical Training School to a faculty.
Since October of the 87 academic year, continuous and non-continuous undergraduate courses in laboratory sciences, continuous and non-continuous undergraduate courses in anesthesia, continuous and non-continuous undergraduate courses in public health, and bachelor's degrees in occupational health and associate's degrees in environmental health, and since October of 93, the continuous undergraduate course in radiation therapy technology has been added to other fields of the faculty. The Faculty of Health has been separated from the Faculty of Paramedical Sciences in the first semester of the 89 academic year and continues to operate independently.
In line with the development of the Faculty of Paramedical Sciences, a continuous undergraduate program in Radiology Technology was launched in July 2018, and student enrollment began in October 2018. Starting in the first semester of the 1400-1401 academic year, the Operating Room Technology program was added to the programs of this faculty from the Faculty of Nursing.
