4. In order to pay the encouragement fee for articles whose corresponding author is affiliated with Arak University of Medical Sciences, in addition to the address of the university, it is necessary to mention the academic email in the article, as mentioned under the portal of the Vice Chancellor for Research and Technology.

5. In the incentive fee form for the articles resulting from the research project, it is necessary to mention the title of the project and the names of all the executives and colleagues, and for the articles resulting from the dissertation, it is necessary to mention the title of the thesis and the names of supervisors, advisors, and students.

6. Since the approval of projects and theses, with a subject outside the priorities and the research map drawn by the university, has a negative score for the vice chancellor for research and technology and affects its rank and budget, from now on, it is necessary to mention the priority number of the relevant group on the first page of the proposal for research projects and theses. Proposals submitted with a topic outside of the mentioned priorities will only be implemented at the discretion of the university's research council.

7. According to the coordination made with the respected head of university security, the research activity of all people who are not affiliated with Arak University of Medical Sciences and are working in the form of experts or to pass a thesis at the university or intend to enter this field from now on, is subject to obtaining a license from the vice chancellor for research and technology. Compensation for the damages caused to the rights of the university as a result of ignoring this issue will be the responsibility of the faculty members involved in it.

8. Due to the extensive job descriptions of the respected experts in the field of research (experts of the vice chancellor, library, journal office, research centers, and other satellite units) and the need to provide appropriate services to all faculty members and students, these people cannot participate in the research projects as the first executive.

9. According to the coordination, from now on, the Syrian mice and rats needed in the research and their food will be provided to the respected researchers free of charge. Therefore, in the proposals and theses, it is enough to mention only the number of these animals and the amount of food needed, and there is no need to mention their cost.

10. From the second semester of the academic year 2014-2015, the review of the proposal submitted by students in the form of a thesis or research plan will be subject to the submission of a certificate of passing the research method and the research settlement, and will be subject to the submission of a certificate of passing the article writing course.

11. The maximum fee payable for typing and reproduction of theses and research projects is one million Rials, the intra-city agency is one million Rials, and the out-of-town agency is two million Rials. The maximum fee payable for statistical analysis of research projects is 40 hours and for student theses is one million and five hundred thousand Rials. Regarding the research projects of the esteemed faculty members, the ceiling for writing the final report is 50 hours and the ceiling for writing the proposal is 30 hours. The maximum fee payable for students to participate in the workshops is five million Rials.

12. The personnel cost of research projects should be calculated based on the following table:

1. It should be noted that there is no fee for collecting data and entering it into the software in student theses.
2. In the case of consumables, the exact quantity required, the name of the manufacturing company and the country of manufacture, and the cost of the materials should be mentioned.
3. If several people are involved in research projects, the name of each person should be mentioned separately in the cost table and with the hours of work done.
