Job Description

• Fixing hardware and software problems of all computer systems in the network
• Preparing the identity card of network computers
• Network Maintenance and Management
• Investigation and application of methods and strategies to deal with infiltration and viral infections
• Software and hardware support for classes equipped with data projectors
• Software support for all application software used in the network and centers including (Chargon Office Automation, Training Software, Website
• Performing expert steps, purchasing, repairing and updating IT equipment
• IT consulting and guidance and cooperation with managers, employees and students in selecting available software, hardware, databases and other resources needed to meet the needs
• Reviewing existing products and systems and proposing possible alternatives to meet the specified needs
• Installing, configuring and modifying software, networks, information banks and other systems
• Collaborate on requirements assessment and evaluation of potential purchases for compatibility with existing systems
